Starship Group has been appointed as the development partner for Egerton Village, a landmark placemaking project within the Wirral Waters regeneration zone led by Peel Waters. The development is designed as a gateway commercial hub, enhancing the visitor experience and acting as a catalyst for further investment across the wider area.

Egerton Village will feature four high-quality retail units, a waterfront restaurant with dockside dining, and a two-storey flexible work barn offering co-working and SME accommodation. The project will be a vibrant destination that helps to establish a sense of place, encourage footfall, and support local enterprise.
Construction will be delivered using Modern Methods of Construction (MMC) at Starship’s Wirral Waters manufacturing campus, located just one mile from the site, ensuring rapid delivery, low environmental impact, and local economic value.
