The Greenleas development in Wallasey, Wirral, represents a significant milestone in sustainable housing. In partnership with Onward Homes and supported by Homes England and the Liverpool City Region Brownfield Land Fund, Starship is delivering 13 carbon-zero homes on a 64,000 sq ft brownfield site at the bottom of Greenleas Close. This project exemplifies the integration of Modern Methods of Construction (MMC) to create high-quality, energy-efficient homes

Each home is designed to achieve a 300–400% improvement in energy efficiency compared to traditional builds.
