What was once a vacant site on Brook Street is now being transformed into eight new, energy-efficient homes in a joint development between Magenta Living and Starship.

Using modern methods of construction, most of the build is completed off-site in Starship’s Wirral Waters Campus, allowing for faster assembly and minimal disruption to the local community.

These homes are designed to an EPC A specification, delivering significantly lower energy costs and warmer, more efficient living.

This project represents the third partnership between Magenta Living and Starship, and is part of a wider push to regenerate previously derelict land while raising standards in affordable housing.

Completed in summer 2025, Brook Street is a tangible example of how off-site and modular technologies can deliver high quality, low-impact homes in tight urban sites.
