04th August 2022 – Simon Humphreys has joined property development group, Starship bringing with him over 30 years’ experience in urban regeneration and modular solutions.
Simon spent a large part of his career as Development Director at Urban Splash after joining the business in 1995 just after it was launched.
Along the way Simon played a leading role in the design and delivery of some of Urban Splash’s most high-profile projects including Ropewalks, Matchworks and New Islington.
Simon has joined the group to head up Starship’s new urban regeneration team, this team will drive forward Starship’s place led developments and deliver a range of high-profile regeneration projects across the North West.
